Frequently Asked Questions
-
How many sessions do I need?
This depends on the unique goals of every client. Before the process, I will clarify the direction my clients wish and go and create a plan from there. For some, a short term engagement may be more appropriate while others may benefit more with a long-term process. I would recommend at least 3 sessions for clients to get a feel for the approach.
-
How much do sessions cost?
Sessions run between 60 - 90 minutes and cost $100 per 60 minutes. Depending on specific circumstances, a sliding scale may be available.
-
How are sessions structured?
Every session begins with around 20 - 40 minutes of dialogue where I explore the topics that are top of mind for my client. Typically, I also dive into the client’s past, their relationships, and other aspects of their lives to get a holistic view of who they are prior to beginning the work with touch.
-
Where did you receive your training?
I travelled to Berlin, Germany to train in the Pantarei Approach, which is a main element of the work that I that I do with clients. You can learn more about the approach here.

How can your approach help me?
True health and abundance arises when we act from a place of our deeply held knowing. We can only know that feeling if we connect to the world of our bodies beneath thought. Circumstances and our environments often make us take the shape of something other than our most authentic and empowered selves.
When one shows up out of a place of their personal strengths and authenticity, there is enhanced self-awareness, improved relationships with others, the discovery of meaning and purpose, improved problem-solving skills, improved communication of thoughts and emotions, relief from distressing feelings. Sometimes, physical symptoms can also change or dissipate completely. -
Is this a type of massage?
Though a session can feel like a massage at times, it is different in the sense that I am in continuous dialogue with you as you sense into the experience that the touch invokes. This often brings up a wide variety of different experiences and reactions depending on each client. This is where the work of the approach shines. I do not see my clients from an anatomical lens, but rather a whole-person holistic lens.
